Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Consumers
In accordance with EU Directive 2013/11/EU and Portuguese Law No. 144/2015, Pomona informs consumers that, in case of dispute, they may resort to one of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities officially recognized.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience and wish to file a complaint, you may choose to resolve it out of court via an ADR platform.
You may also consult the list of recognized ADR entities in Portugal at: www.consumidor.gov.pt
Pomona is not bound by adherence to any specific ADR entity, but will always evaluate complaints in good faith and with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
