We offer fast and secure shipping across Europe.

Estimated delivery times:
Portugal: 2–4 business days
France: 3–6 business days
United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking and handled with the utmost care. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.

Exchanges & Returns

At Pomona, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If you need to make an exchange, we offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a product exchange, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

Please note: Due to the intimate nature of our garments, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.

To be eligible for an exchange:
– The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
– Hygiene stickers and all tags must remain intact
– Exchanges are only accepted with proof of purchase

To initiate an exchange, simply contact us here and fill out the exchange request form. Our client care team will respond within 24 business hours.

We do not accept exchanges in the following cases:
– The item shows signs of wear or washing
Hygiene stickers or labels have been removed
– The request is made after the 14-day exchange period
– The item was purchased during final sale or marked as non-returnable

Faulty items:
If you believe your item is defective or has arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will assess the case and offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Note: Exchanges are currently only available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
